awesome ending to a beautiful sunday…a rooftop dinner to celebrate a friend’s birthday. a view of the city that includes Anthropologie.

This week’s challenge was a photo of something we dislike. For me, that encompasses quite a bit. But one of the top things is mayonnaise (yes, that includes Miracle Whip). Its a gelatinous conspiracy and I find it frightful.  I found this bottle hiding in the fridge. I think we had it from a birthday party when we ordered a party sub.  And it expired over a year ago.

From Life, Rearranged: The next InstaChallenge is to snap a picture of your last DIY project. It can be something you made/sewed/painted/installed whatever! It can be big, little, expensive or free. Whatever you want, as long as YOU did it!

I think the only condiment I loathe more than mayo is ketchup. I can tolerate mayo in certain situations, and ketchup is ok with fries, but outside of where I deem them acceptable, they are the nastiest things on the planet. Blech.

Lotion bar? I have never heard of such a thing… must investigate.

The lotion bar is intriguing me…love it in your milk glass pedestal dish too. I am still laughing about the kids book…what the eff? And I loathe mayo! We do the same thing where I buy it to use in a recipe or if we are doing sandwiches or something at a party, and then I find it well past it’s expiration date rotting away in the fridge.

Yes, lotion bar. Lush sells them, but other places must, too, because I know my mom had a little nugget in her kitchen for awhile. I think hers was olive oil based? I can’t recall.

Love that there are other mayo haterators. Ew. And Sheila – I dont like ketchup, either. Maybe a teeeesy bit to dip a fry in, but that’s all. It stinks like vinegar.
